This machine can be operated safely only when the
operating instructions have been completely read and
strictly observed to. It is recommended to receive practical
instruction before using the machine for the first time.
Always inspect cable and plug before using machine. Have
damage repaired only by a qualified professional.
The machine must not be used when damp and must not be
operated in a wet environment.
For work outdoors, use only extension coupling plugs that
are certified for such use.
Use ear protectors and protective goggles.
Wear protective gloves and sturdy footwear.
Always hold machine with both hands and ensure that you
have a safe standing position.
+ The machine must not be operated without the appropriate safety
devices. Do not use machine without auxiliary handle 3.
+ Always remove the plug from the power supply socket before carrying
out any work on the machine, when interrupting work and when not
using the machine.
+ Insert plug in power supply socket only when machine is switched off.

+ Use only diamond cutting discs whose allowable RPM is at least as high as
the highest no-load RPM of the machine.
+ The cutting tool must be fitted correctly and must be able to rotate freely.
Damaged or vibrating cutting tools must not be used
+ Do not leave any tool spanners on equipment.
+ Do not touch the rotating cutting disc.
+ The machine may only be used for dry grinding.
+ Do not work with materials containing asbestos.
+ The dust generated when working is detrimental to health: wear dust
mask and protective goggles. The vacuum cleaner must be suitable for
masonry dust.
+ The machine must be switched on before it is swivelled into the work-
piece.
+ Caution when cutting slots in structural walls: see remarks concerning
statics.
+ Before starting work always examine the working area for concealed
electric lines, gas and water pipes, e.g. with a metal detector.
+ Caution! The cutting disc run after the machine has been switched off:
The rotating cutting discs should not be braked to a stop by applying
pressure.
+ Never place-the machine with rotating discs on the rollers 4, but lay it on
its side so that the discs can rotate freely and point away from the body.
+ Before starting work always examine the working area for concealed
+ electric lines, gas and water pipes, e.g. with a metal detector.
+ Do not jolt or strike the cutting disc.
+ Only use diamond cutting disc.
+ Only use genuine accessories.
