Solutions
- Check the presence of the network voltage
- Check that the protective circuit breaker is closed
- Check the power supply wiring in the building up to the
casing switch
- check the power supply wiring in the casing between the
switch and the regulator
- Identify and correct the fault that caused the regulator
to fail
- Change the regulator
- Analyse the fault codes and correct
- Reset the regulator faults
and cut / restart the power supply
- Check the wiring between the regulator and the motor
and cut / restart the power supply
- Check the bridge between the terminals LI1 and +24V (applicable
to regulators ATV12 and ATV312). Cut off the power and restart
- Check compatibility between protection I and max consumed I
- Check that the differential is 300 mA min
- Analyse the fault codes and correct
- Reset the regulator faults and cut / restart the power supply
- Swap 2 phases (U,V,W) on the wire between the regulator
and the motor
- Analyse the fault codes and correct if necessary
- Reset the regulator faults
- The fan is at the end of the curve, curve, the flow rate is
greater than what the fan can supply
- See operating pressure regulation diagram p.10
- On the green connectors: check the wiring between
terminal 6 and terminal 14
- Check that the temperature switch is closed
and cut / restart the power supply
- Check the pressure measurement tube between the pres-
sure switch and the inside of the casing
- Check that the pressure tube is connected to output P2 of
the pressure switch
- Verify operation using an external pressure switch and
compare the value we measured with the operating
pressure set point (see operating pressure regulation
diagram, p.10).

After discovering the cause of the error message, we recommend that an error reset be made (see below).
Should you encounter any problems, please consult our after-sales service, indicating the serial number
of the casing indicated on the manufacturer's plate..
