The foot plate (9) is designed for doing exercises while standing.
Important: Make sure that your feet are placed squarely on the plate when doing
standing exercises. Do not step off the plate during the exercise or when you are
attaching or removing the rings.
SETTING THE SEAT & BACKREST
The position of the seat and backrest can be adjusted depending on the type of
exercise. The positions for the backrest are marked with the letters A-E, whereas
the seat has the numbers 1-5.
