SERVICE AND CHANGE FILTERS ALARM
This operation shall be done when the machine emits SERVICE ALARM or the damp
meter (reference "c", fig. 6) indicates the presence of damp inside the circuit (inner circle is
yellow). Before any operation is carried out, check that spare filters are the same type as
those fitted on the machine. Operations to be carried out (see fig. 11):
1) Disconnect the machine from main power
2) Wear protective gloves and goggles
3) Remove the plastic shield on the back of the machine
4) Close the bottle taps.
5) Close tap (1) of filter (4).
6) Connect the quick coupling for low pressure to the male inlet (2) of filter (4).
7) Connect the machine to main power.
8) Start a recovery procedure (note: the low pressure tap must be open)
9) Once zero bar value is reached imediately close tap 3 of filter (5) and press Stop or
Reset
10) Disconnect the machine from main power
11) Connect the quick coupling for low pressure to the male inlet (2) of filter (4).
12) Note down the release code on the new filters.
13) Uninstall the used filters and fit in the new ones paying attention to the arrow directions.
WARNING: fit the new filter in as quickly as possible to avoid possible
contamination from damp present in the atmosphere
14) Open tap (1) under filter (4) and tap (3) on filter (5)
15) Open the bottle taps.
NOTE: if possible check the new filters couplings with an electronic leak detector.
16) Reinstall the plastic shield on the back of the machine
17) Connect the machine to main power and turn it on.
18) From the MAINTENANCE MENU:
Select SERVICE ALARM and the following screen is displayed:
19) Enter filter code(noted down in point 12) to delete the alarm; if filter code is nota
available, please contact the Assistance service.
20) Recover around 500 g of gas to load the machine circuit.
21) Turn the machine off
22) Disconnect the machine from main power

This resets the guide. Turn on the machine. Main Menu: Select MAINTENANCE. Use the
arrow to select "Quick setup" press ENTER to start the Quick Start Guide (see self-titled
paragraph in the chapter GETTING STARTED)
