Mounting instructions
Advice: The gluing cement (B) is not included in the set, and it must be ordered
separately under the ordering No. HHA 381 015 (cartridge 310 ml).
Mounting procedure
- Perform final surface finish of the spoiler to the respective colour shade according to
instructions of the varnish manufacturer.
During varnishing, respect the principles of work safety!
- When preparing the spoiler for gluing, lay it always upon a soft clean pad, in order to
avoid any damage to the varnished side.
- Before you proceed to the mounting, set up the spoiler to optimum position on the lid
of the luggage compartment (in order to check the precision of the piece).

- In order to provide for quality gluing of the spoiler of 5th door upon the body-
work, ensure that the surrounding working temperature ranges between
15 - 30 °C during the whole time of gluing the spoiler and during subsequent
cross-linking of the glue. Make sure the parts will not be exposed to direct solar
radiation.

- Clean the surface of the 5
- Pay particular care to the cleaning and degreasing of the surface for gluing the
spoiler with cleaning agent HHA 381 011.
Once the respective surface has been cleaned, do not touch it more for any
reason.
