receives enough power to operate normally.

Red: the battery is empty and the controller will be in over-discharge protection
(10.5V-11V for 12V system/ 21V-22V for 24V system)
Orange: normal working status
Green: the battery is fully charged and the controller is into over-charge protection
(13.7V-14.4V for 12V system / 27.4V-28.8V for 24V system)

Troubleshooting
Problem: load indicator [2] off and load stops working.
Reason: low battery voltage (battery status [3] is red).
Possible solutions:
• Remove load and press the RESET button. When battery is fully charged, reconnect
the load.
• Increase the number of solar panels or change the battery to match the connected
load.
Problem: load indicator [2] off and load stops working.
Reason: system overloaded / short circuit inside the load
Possible solutions:
• remove as much load as necessary and press the RESET button.
• resolve the short circuit problem on the load and press the RESET button.
Problem: charge indicator [1] is continuously on.
Reason: battery is charging.
Possible solutions: this is a normal operating condition.
Problem: charge indicator [1] is blinking.
Reason: battery is trickle-charging.
Possible solutions: this is a normal operating condition when battery is fully charged.
Problem: charge indicator [1] is off.
Reason: no power from solar panels.
Possible solutions:
• This is a normal condition during night time when the solar panel doesn't receive any
sunlight
• When it happens during day-time, carefully check all connections and make sure they
are all secured tightly.
