3. Remove the protective cap from
the probe tip.
4. Stick the probe tip into the meat.
5. Slide the food into the oven
and set the corresponding oven
temperature.
6. Guide the cable(s) outside of the
oven and close the oven door. The
cable adjusts itself to the seal of
the oven door. Be careful around
sharp-edged frames and hinges.
Do not keep the control module
in the hot oven.
7. Place the control module near the
oven.
The temperature will now be
progressively measured and displayed.
Measure temperature selectively
1. Slide the function selector switch
to COOK.
2. Select the meat type and degree of
cooking (see "Select Meat Type and
Degree of Cooking")
3. Open the oven and remove the
food.
4. Remove the protective cap from
the probe tip.
