Day Bin Zero/Constant/Prov. Data
The next 3 screens display the current Day bin weight, Zero data, Constant and Prov.Data
values.

Zero Data:

The Zero Data is the value of the Prov.Data (also called CDP data) that is
registered during the DayBin Zero Calibration.
The Constant is the value calculated during the DayBin Weight Calibration.
Prov. Data (also called CDP data) is a display only of the row data coming from
the AD SILO box and is directly proportional to the bin weight. Its value, with the
Zero Data and the Constant are used to calculate the bin weight.
Silo Zero Calibration Weight
Enter 0 to start Zero Calibration (tare) of the silo.
The calibration takes 2 minutes. The timer shows how many seconds are left until the end
of the Zero calibration mode. At the end of the calibration, the weight display shows 0.
If the silo is not connected to the A/D silo card, there is no need to do the zero
calibration.
Silo Weight Calibration
Enter current silo weight in Kg (Lb) to start weight calibration. The calibration takes 2
minutes. The timer shows how many seconds are left until the end of the Weight
calibration mode. At the end of the calibration, the weight display shows the current silo
weight.
If the silo is not connected to the A/D silo card, there is no need to do the zero
calibration.
The accuracy of the Weight calibration has a direct affect on the accuracy of the day
bin weighing.
