POWER INDICATOR LIGHT
This light illuminates when the deep fryer is on.
READY INDICATOR LIGHT
This light will cycle on and off several times during heating. it will turn off once the temperature is
reached.
TEMPERATURE DIAL
Turn the temperature dial to select a temperature up to 190

POP-UP LID WITH VIEWING WINDOW
The lid to your deep fryer is on a spring loaded hinge and conveniently "pops" up with a touch of a
button. Keep an eye on your food while it cooks by looking through the convenient viewing window.
The lid is also detachable and dishwasher safe.
WIRE FRYING BASKET
The removable wire frying basket with cool touch handle makes it safe and easy to add and remove food.
