INSTRUCTION FOR USE
FIRST CHECK
Check that the voltage corresponds to the label on the bottom of the electric meat grinder.
Wash each piece (except the motor unit) in warm water with washing liquid.
Before connecting the electric meat grinder on the socket, make sure the on / off button
is on position 0.
HOW TO ASSEMBLY
Fig. 1 – Press the fasten button (6) hold the head (13) and insert it into the inlet (2) turning
on the right.
Fig. 2 – Move the head anticlockwise so that the head (13) being fastened tightly.
Fig. 3 – Place the snake (14) into the head (13), long end first, and turn to feed the screw
slightly until it is set into the motor housing.
Fig. 4 – Place the cutting blade (19) onto the snake shaft with the blade facing the front as
illustrated. If it is not fitted properly, meat will not be grinded.
Fig. 5 – Place the desired cutting plate (15-16-17) next to the cutting blade, fitting protru-
sions in the slot.
Fig. 6 – Press the centre of the cutting plate with one finger then screw the fixing ring (18)
tight with another hand. Do not over tighten.
Place the hopper plate (1) on the head (13) and fix it into position.
Locate the unit on a stable place.
!ATTENTION! the air passage at the bottom and the side of the motor housing
should be kept free and not blocked
