HOW TO ASSEMBLY THE TOMATOES STRAINER
Follow the operations to assembly the electric grinder (Fig. 1-2-3)
Fig.14 - Insert the spirale tomatoes strainer (7) inside the filter (8), that you then put into
the fixing attachment (9).
Put the fixing ring (18) into the fixing attachment (9) carefully, put all into the slots of the
tomatoes strainer (22).
Insert the largest slot of the tomatoes strainer into the head (13) and make sure the spirale
tomatoes strainer (7) is well inserted into the spirale (14) and that the slots of the fixing at-
tachment (9) is well inserted into the head (13); then apply pressure and screw the locking
ring (18) clockwise. Do not screw strongly.
Put the anti-splash protection (11) on the fixing attachment (9).
Screw the adjustable screw (10) to set the density of tomatoes juice.
Place the hopper plate (1) on the upper part of the head (13). Put the appliance on a safe
surface.
Cut tomatoes in pieces, to insert them easily into the hopper plate (1).
Connect to the socket, press button I-II (5) on position I and press button ON/R (4) on
position ON.
To make chopping easy operate light pressure on the food pusher (12). It is recommended
to use only this instrument.
After use turn off the appliance, press switch ON/0/R (4) on position 0 and disconnect the
cord from the socket.

Make sure the motor unit is completely off.
Unplug from the socket.
Disassembly by reversing the steps from 1-6 pictures
Fig. 12 –To remove the cutting plate (9-10-11) easily, place a screwdriver between the
cutting plate and the head (13) as illustrated and lift it up.
Fig. 13 – Press the fasten knob (18) move the head (13) as per direction illustrated, then
you can take out from the unit (2).
CLEANING
Remove eventually residue of food.
Wash accessories with warm water and washing liquid, wipe well. The dishwasher is not
recommended. Clean the unit with a wet cloth and wipe well.
