Place the swather on flat ground.
Attach the swather connection (1) to the lower
hydraulic hitch (2) and secure it with pin (3).
Lift the swather connection a bit with the lower
hydraulic hitch to lift the support leg (4) into
transport position and fix it. Do not ever remove the
support leg.
Connect the hydraulic tube for oneway-working pull
cylinders and hydraulic tubes for twoway-working
cylinders (connected circuit). Check the correct
functioning!
Connect the electric connection for lights.
Put the rope loosely into the cabin to avoid the
opening of the stop with unintentional pull.
Fix the lower hydraulic hitch (2) with draw bar (5)
and stabilizer (6).
Swather connection must be horizontal, it
is not allowed to move left or right.
Check the correct functioning of hydraulics
and lights!

2.3 Front axle load

Due to the mass of the machine itself, the tractor-
rotary tedder and rake combination may become
unstable. In order to verify the total stability, the
following expression can be applied for the calculation
of the minimum ballasting at the front I
allows to have a weight on the front axle equal to 20%
of the unladen weight of the tractor:
NOTE: The calculation is valid for rear machine and the
combination of front/rear machine.
