To remove/replace the entire wristband, use a small screwdriver to push
down the flanges of the spring bars that are mounted between the lugs at
both sides of the watch.

Batteries

This camera/watch contains an internal rechargeable battery. When the
device is end‐of‐life, this battery has to be removed.
•
To do this, open the back cover.
•
Cut off the battery leads and dispose of the battery in accordance with
local regulations.
WARNING: Never dispose of batteries in fire, as they could
explode. Keep batteries away from children.
