4. Use guidelines
The Thai ice cream machine is designed to produce Thai ice
cream from natural ingredients such as milk, cocoa or fresh
fruit. As an ice cream ingredient, you can also use cookies,
yoghurts and other food products. The device can also be
used for temporary storage of fresh ice cream ingredients
in the device chamber and during production in containers
for ingredients.
The device may not be used for:
•
preparation of ice cream from substances that may
endanger health or life
•
storage of explosive substances
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-
intended use of the device!

4.2 Preparing for use
Appliance location
The environment temperature must not be higher than
40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room where the device is
used. The distance between each side of the device and the
wall or other objects should be at least 30cm( A distance of
at least 1.5 m must be kept from the hot air outlet ). Keep
the device away from hot surfaces. Operate the device
on flat, stable, clean, refractory and dry surfaces out of
the reach of children and people with mental disabilities.
Install the device making sure that constant access to the
main plug is ensured. The power cord connected to the
appliance must be properly grounded and correspond to
the technical details.
Rev. 29.05.2018
Note! Before the first use it is necessary to dismantle all
elements and to wash them as well as to wash the entire
device.
All heat sources above 70 ° C must be located at least 50 cm
away from the device. The device should not be exposed to
D
rain and to direct sunlight. A distance of at least 1.5 m must
be kept from the hot air outlet. The surface on which the
device will be set must be sufficiently strong in order to
hold the weight of the device, the mass of ice cream and to
ensure safe work with the device.
Assembling the device
H
1.
Unpack the entire device.
2.
Put the freezing table cover in a safe place
3.
Clean the entire device before each use.
4.
Place the device on the appropriate surface.
5.
Arrange the pedal for heating the freezing table (two
pedals in case of the RCFI-2O60-10 model) to the
position that allows pressing it with foot.
4.3 Device use
Before producing the ice cream it is necessary to prepare
the ingredients from which the ice cream will be made.
NOTE! The ingredients must not be hot.
In case of the RCFI-1O60-6 and RCFI-2O60-10 models, the
ingredients can be put into the containers embedded in
the table. Unused ingredients can be stored in the cooling
chamber.
In order to produce ice cream by means of the device it is
necessary to:
1.
Connect the device to the power supply. The device
will start displaying the current value of table cooling
temperature.
2.
Press the button (E) in order to start cooling the
device table to the set temperature.
3.
Wait about 2 minutes for the table to be slightly
cooled.
4.
Put the ingredients needed to make the ice cream on
the table.
5.
Wait a moment for the ice mass and other
ingredients to freeze, then scrape them with a
H
spatula (ingredients can be broken into smaller parts
using a spatula) and mix gently until they become
plastic. In case the mass froze excessively and could
not be scratched or mixed. It is necessary to press the
pedal to heat the freezing table for 2 to 5 seconds.
6.
Ice cream can be served to cup, plates or other
dishes.
7.
After use, turn off the cooling with the button (E),
disconnect the device from the power supply, wait
for the device to warm up to a temperature above
0°C, and then wash the entire device.
Setting the table cooling temperature:
1.
Press and hold the button (E) for at least 3 seconds.
The temperature display will flash and will show
the set target temperature prevailing in the cooling
chamber.
2.
Press the button (G) to increase the set temperature
or the button (H) to decrease it.
3.
Wait for 10 seconds or shortly press the button (E)
to save the set value of the target table cooling
temperature.
