When you start the meat mincer make sure the screw rotates in the right direction, i.e. counter-
clockwise. Your electricity supply must be regularly and completely in conformity with one of the
"standard IN-IT or TT systems" with the respective "associated active protections" and in any
case have a coordinated "earthed system" (CEI Directive 89/391).

The MEAT MINCER is ready for use, the operator may press the green button to start and the
(protruding) red button to stop.
