Correcting the timing belt tension
•
Loosen the fastening screws of the locking plate.
•
Maximum distance between adaptor and housing = 0.20 mm.
•
Screw in the hidden screw (Fig. 6).
•
Tighten up the fastening screws of the locking plate to 25 Nm (Fig. 8).
•
Measure the timing belt tension.
Repeat the installation steps to set the timing belt tension until the values specified in the timing
belt tension table are measured.
