7.8 Maintenance

All electric cylinders are provided with the required amount of lubricants ex-factory. The
maintenance intervals are determined by the number of operating hours, loads and ambient
influences.
Move the push rod to the zero position to lubricate the spindle. When the maintenance position
(zero position) is reached, switch off the electric cylinder.
Turn the threaded plug counterclockwise to remove it.
Use a piston grease gun to lubricate the spindles. Centre the tip of the piston grease gun in the
lubrication hole and press the quantity of grease into the lubrication hole with two strokes.
Close the maintenance opening again with the threaded plug.
