Fine Thread

Fine thread screws are
recommended for hardwoods as
they reduce the chance of the
material splitting when driven.
Use in woods such as:

Coarse Thread

Due to a signifi cantly larger
thread diameter, coarse thread
screws offer a much stronger
hold in composite materials such
as MDF and plywood.
