Make sure that the hook indicators of the Isofix connectors
(N) are red. If one or both indicators (N) are green, press the button
(M) to release them.

Insert the Isofix connectors (P) into the guides (R), pushing
hard on the joint of the foot support (J) until you hear both distinct
CLICKS.

Attention! The Amerigo HSA Ifix child car seat is only
hooked correctly when the relative indicators (N) change colour
from red to green.

Adjust the height of the foot support (L) by acting on the
relative button (O) until it touches the floor of the car. Then release
the button (O), making sure the extendable part of the foot remains
blocked in its position.

Lastly, push the seat hard against the car's own seat.

Attention! It is important for the foot (L) to be rested
well on the floor of the car and the base of the child seat to
always remain in contact with the car's seat and not be raised.
REMOVING THE CHILD CAR SEAT FROM THE VEHICLE

Lift the foot support (L) by acting on the relative button (O).

Bring the seat forward by acting on both side levers (Q).

Then release the Isofix connectors by pressing hard on the
button (M).

Attention! Only if both indicators (N) are red, it's pos-
sible to remove the child car seat from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION OF CHILD CAR SEAT IN VEHICLE
METHOD 2: CAR SAFETY BELTS AND FOOT SUPPORT
IMPORTANT
This type of installation is allowed only if the car is equipped with
3-point seat belts with winder, approved in compliance with stan-
dard UN/ECE 16 or equivalent standards.

The position of the car safety belt buckle can jeopardise the
stability of the child seat; if it is positioned as in Fig. 15, the child seat
cannot be installed.

Turn the foot support completely (L) bringing it to the
upright position.

Whilst keeping the child seat in place bring the joint of the
foot support forward (J) for the Isofix connectors (P) to fit into the
housing as deeply as possible.

Acting on the device (G), recline the child car seat all the
way back in order to operate more easily.

Open the red strap lock (C) on the side opposite the buckle
of the car safety belt.

Place the safety belt of the car between the backrest and
base of the child seat.

Buckle up the safety belt.

Slip the waist section of the safety belt through the bottom
red strap guides (F) on both sides of the child car seat.

Insert the diagonal part of the car safety belt through the
red strap lock (C), making sure it is tight and not rolled up.

After having pushed the child seat against the car seat, ti-
ghten the diagonal part of the car safety belt and close the red strap
lock (C).
