Cutting Blades Bearing Grease Fitting - TRC-50
It is recommended to re-lubricate the bearing
with 4 grams of grease every 25 working hours.
Avoid using gasoline that has been stored
for more than seven days as it causes
malfunctioning and decreases the useful life
of the engine.
Fill the tank carefully not to spill the fuel.
Use common gasoline only (do not use
gasoline with additives).
Note the capacity of the fuel tank (see
"Technical Specifications").
Crankcase Oil - TRC-50
The engine ships from the factory without oil;
before turning it on, fill the crankcase with
590 ml of oil, use 5W30 or as recommended
in the engine manual in regions with atypical
temperatures or altitudes.
Open the dipstick cap and fill the amount of
oil into the feeder tube, then check the level
with the dipstick.
EXI coconut crushers with EXI engine do not
require oil change, it just must be kept at the
correct level as indicated on the oil dipstick.

Filling the Tank - TRC-50
If the bearing is excessively noisy, contact a
TRAPP Service Technician.
Before injecting the grease by the grease plug,
check the inlet and confirm there is no dirt
in the place, thus improving the lubrication
effectiveness. Clean the dirt before lubricating.
Use high-grade NGLI 2 grease to avoid
contaminating the grease in the bearing. You
can use Unimoly GLP 2 or Ronex MP grease.
Always check the oil level before using the
Crusher; if the level is low, it must be topped
up.
Low level
If you choose to change the oil, remove
the gasoline from the gas tank, open the oil
dipstick cap and tilt the machine to pour
the used oil into an appropriate container,
then follow the manufacturer's instructions
to dispose of the used oil. After removing
the dirty oil, follow the procedure described
above to fill the crankcase with new oil.
