FUNCTIONING ANOMALIES

THE PUMPS DO NOT START:
ALL OF THE LEDS ARE OFF
No electric power supply to the control board = Power the electric control board
The power supply or transformer output fuses (three-phase version) are cut-off = Replace the fuses cut-off
LINE LED (LINE) ON, - CONFIGURATION LED (MAN) ON
The unit is set-up for functioning in Manual mode = Activate functioning in automatic by pressing the [AUT/MAN] button
LINE LED (LINE) ON, - LEVEL LED (HYDRAULIC FAULT) ON
No water in the first collection tank = Restore the water level (water supply)
The level control is disconnected or broken = Install the level control or replace it
Without level control, the jumper is disconnected = Check the jumper (water supply)
The maximum level float is active (water disposal)
LINE LED (LINE) ON, - AUTOMATIC LED (AUT) ON - PUMP/S RUNNING ON LED
The fuses of one or the two pumps have been cut-off = Replace the fuses of the pump/s or motor-protectors intervened
LINE LED (LINE) ON, - AUTOMATIC LED (AUT) ON - ELECTRIC FAULT LED ON
Overload condition or no absorption by one or both electric pumps = Check correct functioning of the pumps in manual condition. When
they function, re-configure in automatic mode. If this is not the case, contact the after-sales centre.
LINE LED (LINE) ON, - AUTOMATIC LED (AUT) ON - PUMP/S RUNNING OFF LED
The pressure switches are not calibrated, disconnected or faulty = Check the pressure switches and their connections and/or floats
THE PUMPS DO NOT STOP:
LINE LED (LINE) ON, - PUMP/S RUNNING ON LED
The pumps function in Manual mode = activate functioning in automatic by pressing the [AUT/MAN] button
One or both pressure switches have closed contact due to calibration defect = calibrate the pressure switches correctly (water supply)
or the floats are faulty (water disposal)
The pressure switches line is obstructed = eliminate the obstruction
The pressure switches cable is in short circuit = check the electric connections of the pressure switches.
The floats cable is open (water disposal)
The check valves are dirty of faulty = clean or replace the valves (water supply)
The pumps timer is activated = take to minimum work time
THE PUMPS DO NOT REACH THE PLATE PRESSURE
LINE LED (LINE) ON, - PUMP/S RUNNING ON LED
Check valves partially obstructed = clean the valves
Cut-off valves partially closed or obstructed = open completely or clean the valves.
Reverse rotation of the pump = invert the direction of rotation of the motors (three-phase unit case)
Pump disengaged = remove any air pockets in the inlet manifold or in the pump
WATER DISPOSAL CONFIGURATION (SINGLE-PHASE CONTROL BOARD PLASTIC CONTAINER)
The level LED (hydraulic fault) switches off if the maximum level is reached and is on in the case of normal work conditions.
Note The single/three-phase control board with metal container has a buzzer, which activates in the event of an alarm (electric and/or
hydraulic) in automatic work mode. The buzzer remains disabled in manual work mode.
Note Do not open the control board before having disconnected it from the mains power supply. In the case of damage, the intervention
must be performed by qualified staff.The switch opens even if circuit breaker intervenes.
