Your Hergóm Frama Stove has an identification number stamped on a plaque attached to the back of the appliance.
No other Hergóm Frama Stove of a similar model will have the same serial number. You may be asked to provide this
number if you require any type of service.

The warranty will come into force the moment we receive the fully completed card, included in this manual, within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you should have
any query, please contact our Technical Department before installing the product. Do not forget that the life of the product depends on the correct installation of the
