Place the machine on the plinth
A
Remove the machine feet.
A
Screw the M10 x 50 threaded pins (1) approx. 10 mm deep into the feet holders in the machine, see Fig. 5.

Fit an M10 nut (2) on each threaded pin and tighten it against the machine, see Fig. 5.
A
In each case, fit a second M10 nut (3) on the threaded pins to counter the first M10 nut, see Fig. 5.
A
Fit a B10.5 washer (4) on each threaded pin, see Fig. 5.
A
Place the machine on the plinth.
Tip
The arrow embossed on the top of the plinth points to the front.

In each case, fit a B10.5 washer (5) and an M10 nut (6) on the threaded pins and tighten the nuts, see Fig. 5.

Fixing plinth to floor
A
Position the plinth on the floor.
A
Mark the hole positions.
A
Drill 12 mm dia. holes in the marked positions approx. 65 mm deep.
A
Insert plugs (5) in the holes, see Fig. 6.
A
Fasten the plinth to the floor with the hexagonal-head wood screws (1), 8.4 washers (2) and 38 x 4 washers (3), see
Fig. 6.

At the same time use the underlays (4) as necessary to compensate for unevenness in the floor, see Fig. 6.
Place the machine on the plinth
A
Fit the clamps on the plinth and fasten them in the appropriate holes (1), see Fig. 7.
Tip
The arrow (2) embossed on the top of the plinth points to the front, see Fig. 7.

Secure each clamp (6) to the plinth with an M6 x 30 bolt (4), two galvanised B6.4 washers (5, 7) and an M6 nut (8).
Do not tighten the nuts yet, see Fig. 8.

Stick the seal on the adapter plate, see Fig. 9.
A
Remove the machine feet.
A
Fit the adapter plate on the base of the machine. For this place the adapter plate (1) in position, refit the feet (3) and
tighten the counter nuts (2), see Fig. 8.

Place the machine on the plinth.
A
Slide the clamps over the machine feet, see Fig. 8.
A
Tighten the M6 nuts.
A
In each case, fit a second M6 nut (9) to counter the first nut, see Fig. 8.
UO8005-30 BT fitting
A
Fit the machine feet supplied (1) on the bottom of the plinth, see Fig. 10.
A
Remove the cover plate (1), see Fig. 11.
A
Fit the cover caps supplied on all four machine feet screws (1), see Fig. 12.
A
Spread open the bag supplied in the plinth and fold excess material over the edge of the plinth.
A
Fill the bag with concrete or quartz sand up to a maximum of 25 mm below the top edge of the plinth.
A
Allow the concrete to set.
A
Fit the cover plate on the plinth.
