Changing Table:
WARNING
FALL HAZARD:
suffered serious injuries after falling from changing
tables. Falls can happen quickly.
• STAY within arm's reach.
• ALWAYS secure the changing table to the playard
frame. See instructions, see page 32-33 for details.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD
suffocated while sleeping on changing tables.
Changing tables are not designed for safe sleep.
• NEVER allow baby to sleep on changing table.
• NEVER leave the changing table in place when the child is
in the large bassinet or the playard. To prevent your child
from falls and other injuries, always use the safety belt when
children are on the changing table.
• Discontinue use of the large bassinet and the changing table
when child begins to push up on hands and knees or has
reached the height of 22 in. (558.8 mm), weight of 15 lbs. (6.8
kg) or 3 months old, whichever comes first.
• Do not use changing table if it is damaged or broken.
• ALWAYS use the restraint system. Adjust belt as needed to
get a snug fit.

El Cambiador:
ADVERTENCIA:
Los niños han sufrido lesiones graves como
consecuencia de haberse caído de mesas para cambiar
bebés. Las caídas pueden ocurrir rápidamente.
• PERMANEZCA a un brazo de distancia.
• SIEMPRE asegure el cambiador al armazón
del corralito. Consulte las páginas 32-33 de las
instrucciones para conocer los detalles.
PELIGRO DE ASFIXIA :

Las tablas cambiantes no están diseñadas para un
sueño seguro.
• NUNCA permita que el bebé se duerma en la mesa para
cambiar.
• NUNCA deje el cambiador en su lugar cuando el niño se

y otras lesiones, utilice siempre el cinturón de seguridad
cuando el niño esté en el cambiador.
• La cuna y cambiador deberá dejar de usarse cuando el
niño comience a levantarse apoyándose en sus manos y
rodillas o alcance una altura de 22 pulgadas (558.8 mm),
un peso de 15 libras (6.8 kg) o tenga 3 meses de edad, lo
que ocurra primero.
• No utilice la mesa para cambiar al bebé si está dañada
o rota.
• SIEMPRE coloque al niño de espaldas para dormir.
