– Carefully turn over the scale so that the
base is accessible.
– Press the closure of the battery com-
partment in the direction of "OPEN" and
open the cover.
– Insert the supplied batteries into the
battery compartment.
Check that the polarity is correct.
– To activate the power supply, push the
switch located in the battery compart-
ment in position "ON".
– Close the cover and then turn the scale
back up the right way.
