The LED control light flashes red.
The LED indicator light flashes red and a
warning sound is emitted.
No light on the LED control lamp.
Leakage or short circuit of the fence.
The conductor has unfavourable proper-
ties (thin conductor, high resistance)
Poor grounding, grounding rod too short,
corrosion, dry ground
Leakage through vegetation on the fence.
Conductor on the ground (e.g. broken),
insufficient mechanical tension.
The insulator is defective, losses occur
(identifiable by „cracking" and possibly
sparking in the insulator)

The battery voltage has dropped below
12 V - replace the battery with a suffi-
ciently charged battery or connect the
device to the 230 V mains supply.
The battery voltage has dropped below
11.6 V - replace the battery with a suffi-
ciently charged battery or connect the
device to the 230 V mains supply.
Or the fence has been subjected to a
sudden load or the voltage has been
reduced, see "1. important information
", page 28. The cause must be elimina-
ted.
The energiser is either switched off
manually or the battery voltage has
fallen below 11.4 V and the fence
has been switched off automatically.
Replace the battery with a sufficiently
charged battery or connect the unit to
the 230 V mains supply - as long as the
battery voltage does not reach at least
12 V, the red LED lights up.
Never use a conventional cable for
the fence connection. We recommend
using a high voltage cable.
Use a high-quality conductor with low
resistance and a larger cross-section.
Ensure a high quality wiring of the
conductors.
Add a rod, add water.
Remove vegetation (mow)!
Repair the fence, use special connec-
tors, tension the conductor!
Replace defective and weathered
insulators.
