Changing the Transmission Drive Belts

NOTE:
Several components must be removed and
special tools (i.e. air/impact wrench) in order to change
SECTION 9: OFF-SEASON STORAGE
Clean and lubricate the tractor as instructed in Section 7:
MAINTAINING YOUR LAWN TRACTOR on page 18 of this
manual before storing for an extended period.
WARNING:

NOTE:
Model 601 Lawn Tractors are NOT designed for use with any type of ground-engaging attachments (e.g.
tiller or plow). Use of this type of equipment WILL void the tractor's warranty.
