The high sensitivity residual current operated circuit breakers with
an operating threshold of IÆn = 0,03 A, protect the user against
direct contact with a phase wire or with other powered elements of
the circuit.
It should be remembered that, when protection against contact
voltages is provided by residual current circuit breakers, the middle
wire should be insulated in the same way as the phase wire, and
should not be connected to earth downstream from the residual
breakers itself or connected to the neutral of another circuit.
