LI 1000, 1500 and 2000
1. Power off the UPS and disconnect all input/output AC/DC power cords and connections.
VA batteries replace-
ment procedure
2. Loosen the screws that hold the bottom battery panel (A).
3. Remove the bottom battery panel (A).
4. Swipe out the first battery (B2).
5. Remove the two supports (D1 and D2).
6. Swipe out the second battery (B1).
7. Disconnect the batteries wires (C).
8. Dispose of the batteries properly (B1 and B2).
9. Take the new batteries (B1 and B2).
10. Make sure the red wire is secured to the red battery pad and the black wire to the black battery
pad, and reconnect the battery wires (C).
11. Reinstall the batteries by following the procedure in reverse (B1 and B2).
12. Reinstall the front panel (A).
13. Fasten the screws (A).
14. Reconnect all cables and switch on the UPS.
