9.1 Customer service

9.2 Observe the safety notes for dismantling:

Contact with electrical voltage can lead to serious injuries and to death by electric shock.
Only release the connections while not electrified.
Do not try to open the casing on the components: control, electric motor, columns or operating panel
9.2.1 Cease operation of the table frame:
• Remove the mains plug from the socket.
9.2.2 Remove the table frame and dismantle if necessary
• In order to remove and dismantle the table frame you may need to contact
he customer service department of your specialist dealer

9.2.3 Waste disposal

• Dismantle the table frame according to materials and dispose these in an environmentally
friendly manner. Please observe national regulations.
Note:
In PowerFailDetection power failures are determined and all relevant
data is stored before the voltage falls below a critical level. E81 is
displayed the next time the control is switched on and the control is
clicked three times then this storage was not possible (as in only a
few exceptional cases). In order to resolve this error a manual reset is
necessary
