AUTION: Only add essential oil to the tray, not to the
water.
The PILLAR has a small tray in the base that allows
you to diffuse essential oil as the humidifier oper-
ates. Place two small pads in the tray and add a few
drops of essential oils. The mist output will disperse
the aroma throughout the area.
See page 10 for AIRCARE essential oils and replace-
ment pads. Any essential oils recommended for
diffusers can be used with this unit.

MAINTENANCE

General

Cleaning your humidifier regularly helps eliminate
odors and bacterial growth and helps maintain the
performance by reducing mineral build up on the
nebulizer.
Do not leave water in the water tank or base more
than a day when not using the humidifier. Mineral
deposits and bacterial growth accumulate very
quickly.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or shock, always
turn off and unplug the unit before performing any
cleaning or maintenance procedures.
CAUTION: Never immerse the base of this unit into
water.
NOTE: Never use harsh cleaners or chemicals on this
humidifier. Do not use scouring agents on the outer
body, as this will scratch and mar the surface.
