Refill Indication: The bottles empty one
at a time. When both bottles are nearing
empty an F displays on the LCD screen.
Refill both bottles to allow unit to continue
running.
Check Filter: At 720 hours of operation,
CF displays on the screen. Check the wick/
filter and ensure it is in good condition.
To clear the CF display, unplug the humidi-
fier, wait 60 seconds, and plug it back in.
Nighttime setting: Pressing the crescent
symbol will turn the lights off, but maintain
the settings. Touching any control will
bring the lights back up.

MAINTENANCE

CAUTION: Turn unit off and disconnect power before
attempting any maintenance.
Wick Replacement (Uses 1041[CN] Super Wick)
1. When it's time to replace the wick, allow the humidi-
fier to run dry, and so water level will be low.
2. Lift off the chassis to reveal the cabinet's contents.
3. Lift both water bottles out, giving easy access to the wick.
4. Lift the used wick out of the cabinet and discard.
5. Replace with a new 1041 (CN) Super Wick. Install the
wick by hooking the lip of the wick frame onto the
mounting rib inside the back on the cabinet.
6. Refill and reinstall the water bottles. Reassemble
as described on page 6.

Optional Air Filter Replacement:

The air filter model 1051 (CN) adds a means of cleaning
the air while using your humidifier. The two-stage filter
has an electro-statically charged side which traps dust,
and airborne pollutants, and an activated carbon media
side which absorbs odors from cooking, pets, or smoke.
Change the filter at least once a year, or when dust
has accumulated on the white side. Use of the air filter
is optional, and reduces the output of the humidifier
slightly.

General Cleaning:
