VERY IMPORTANT! Before lighting
the cooker for the first time, cover the
entire hob surface with a slight layer of
cooking oil and to keep the fire slow for
3 or 4 hours, to allow the different
components of the cooker to stabilise in
order to prevent any possible damage.

recommend opening the ash pan door
valve completely. To keep the cooker
burning slowly, close the ash pan valve.
