OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
CONSOLE POSITION
The equipment has an adjustable console. To make the
adjustment just move the console (G).

HEART RATE

Heart rate monitoring is essential for you to be able to control exercise intensity.
To check heart rate or follow heart rate programs, use the Heart Beat Sensor (chest strap)
or wrist.
*The chest strap is not included with the equipment
Polar chest straps compatible with the module: T32 e 0T34
ATTENTION!
The heart rate monitoring system may be
inaccurate. Excessive exercise may result in serious
injury or death. In case of weakness, stop exercising
immediately.
TRANSPORT
The equipment can be transported by holding the rear
support or the rail.
