SECTION 2 DESCRIPTION

2.0 General

The Remote Junction Box (RJB) provides a means to extend the total length of the PT-37 Torch. A Remote Junction Box is
used in combination with 50', 75' or 100' extension cable and any standard length of PT-37 Plasma Torch from 4.5' to 50', to
create a combined maximum torch length of 150 feet.
The Remote Junction Box is designed for the ESP-101 / PT-37 system, and is not intended for use with the Mechanized ver-
sions of the PC-900/1300/1600 power supply's.

2.1 Scope

The purpose of this manual is to provide the operator with all the information required to install and operate the Remote
Junction Box with the ESP-101 Plasma Arc Cutting System. Technical reference material is also provided to assist in trouble-
shooting the cutting system.
