• With roasting programmes, the oven will
advise you after a certain time has passed
that the joint of meat should be turned over.
When it is time to do this, an alarm will
sound for a certain period of time.
If you do not turn the roast over, the oven
will continue cooking according to the
programmed cooking recipe.
• When cooking roasts, remember that meat
with a thick outer layer of fat will need a
significantly longer cooking time. The
cooking time should also be increased
when cooking several pieces of meat at the
same time.
• For baking or gratins, remember that recipes
are calculated for a weight of 500g of flour
or 1kg of raw potatoes or vegetables.
• If you want to cook larger amounts, you will
need to reduce the temperature slightly and
increase cooking time by about 10 minutes
per extra kg.
• If you want to cook smaller amounts, this
should be done with a shorter time and
higher temperature.
Saving a recipe in the oven memory
As you will have seen throughout this manual,
the oven always offers the possibility of saving
a recipe in a memory at the end of cooking so
that it can be repeated under the same
conditions. The oven has 10 memories for
saving recipes.
When you touch SAVE RECIPE on the display,
the oven will ask you to specify the type of
recipe you have saved (meat, fish, pastries,
etc.).
CAUTION
For white bread, brown bread, thin-crust and
thick-crust pizza recipes, the oven should be pre-
heated. In this way the oven will be at the ideal
temperature for the best results.
Pre-heating is not needed for the other
recipes.
Follow these instructions when cooking with
these recipes:
• First select the recipe, the oven will then
begin the pre-heating stage.
• IMPORTANT: Do not place the food in the
oven until the signal is given.
• While pre-heating the oven, you will see
• Once the pre-programmed temperature is
reached for the recipe, an alarm will sound.
• You can now put the food into the oven.
• The beep and the message on the display
will continue until you open the door to put
the food in.
• Finally, the food will be cooked automatically
according to the chosen recipe.
Using the oven memory
Touch
then touch the symbol to accept it.
If the oven does not have any free memory
when you try to save a recipe, the text display
will indicate this.
You can then decide either not to save the
recipe (turning off the oven) or to save it by
overwriting an existing recipe. If you still wish
to save it, the oven will ask you to specify
which memory you want to overwrite.
