6.2 DC-AC Power Inverter MAX STD 300 US

After triggering the electronic fuse of the inverter, it is necessary to reset it by pressing the Reset button at
the front of the inverter to prevent overloads.
The inverter is located underneath the protective cover.
The following procedure must be followed:
•
Unplug the battery connector behind the rear panel
•
Unscrew the star hand screws on the left and on the right behind the rear panel
•
Disconnect the protective conductor from the protective cover on the left behind the rear panel
•
Remove the protective cover
•
Press the Reset button at the front of the inverter

Attach the protective cover
•
Place the protective conductor on the protective cover on the left behind the rear wall
•
Fasten the star hand screws on the left and right behind the rear wall
•
Plug in the battery connector behind the rear panel
The Mobile Workstation MAX is now ready for operation.
Any electrical work may be carried out by certified electricians only!
Before you open the battery module or the electronics box, switch off the Mobile
Workstation MAX using the On/Off switch, disconnect the charger connection cable
and unplug the battery tray connection cable. If a DC/AC converter is installed,
voltages of up to 1,000 V can occur. This can cause injuries or even fatality in the
event of incorrect handling or operation. This may also cause severe material
damage. Touching live parts of the cart, especially on the output side of the DC/AC
converter, can cause severe or even fatal injuries.
After automatic shutdown due to overheating or overloading, the inverter may
switch on again automatically.
