7 Troubleshooting

This chapter informs you how to identify and remedy simple defects or the consequences of incorrect
operation.
If performing the following "Remedies" does not return the Mobile Workstation MAX to working order, please
contact the manufacturer's customer services department. To help customer services staff to react promptly
and effectively, please have the following information ready:


7.1 Unit Does Not Work After Switching On

Possible cause
Battery charge too low
Fuses tripped
Plug of the 24 V DC input battery disconnected
Electrical load on the socket strip too high (e. g.

7.2 Connected Hardware Does Not Work

Possible cause
Plug of the 24 V DC output battery disconnected
Fuses tripped
Shockproof socket switched off
Load on the socket strip too high (e. g. printer)

Check battery charge status, if necessary charge
