Please read this instruction manual before
using the device for the first time and
comply with it.
Keep this instruction manual for future
reference or for subsequent possessors.
Note: It is not allowed to modify the
appliance. Such modifications can cause
injuries and malfunctions.
Only authorized and trained personnel are allowed to
repair the device. Only use genuine spare parts from
Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG. This is to ensure and
maintain safe operation of the device.
Danger of burning, Wear protective gloves!
During the working procedure, the burner
and the workpiece being worked, heat up
intensively.
Danger of irritation and chemical burns!
Wear safety glasses/goggles and protective
gloves!
The chemical solution being used can lead
to irritation and chemical burns to the eyes
and skin.
If fluid should come in contact with the skin,
wash the respective skin area immediately with plenty of
water. If fluid should come into contact with the eye(s),
rinse/flush eye(s) with clear water for at least 10 minutes
and consult a doctor without delay!
If fluid comes into contact with sensitive materials, such
as clay, marble, china, etc., damage may occur.
Do not use other products than those listed, and do not
mix these with other chemicals. Store the fluids in the
original bins/containers in a safe location.
Provide for good ventilation! Prevent the
operator or other persons in the close
vicinity from being subjected to the harmful
vapours. If the device is operated in
enclosures, such as inside of tanks, silos, etc., the vapours
must be disposed of via a suitable extraction device.

safety instructions may result in damage to the device and
may cause dangerous situations for the operator and
other people. In case of transport damage inform your
vendor immediately.

Never operate the device with damaged cables
 Do not perform any maintenance or cleaning on
the device until it has been disconnected from the
power supply.
 Have damaged components replaced only with
original spare parts. Any maintenance of electrical
components must be performed only by qualified
personnel and authorized.

Instructions for avoiding damage to the device:
- The mains voltage must correspond with the data on the type
plate of the device.
- The surface that needs to be treated should be grounded using
a cable of adequate dimensions (Picture
- After the treatment or during work breaks it is advisable to
disconnect the earth clamp of the device from the workpiece or
the work surface.
Work environments where both welding stations and pickling
stations are present:
- Do not weld and clean / polish simultaneously on the same
workpiece (Picture
- Disconnect the ground cable from the Würth device during any
welding operation (Picture
- CAUTION: If the operator turns ON the welder while both
ground cables are connected to work surface, electric
components of the Würth device can undergo damage, even
when the welding torch is not touching the piece. In this case,
the internal components of the Würth device could be hit by
100V high-induced voltage (Picture
WARNING - Prior to the first start-up, it is
definitely necessary to read the Safety
instructions!
Disregarding this instruction manual and the
Danger of electric shock! If the mains cable
or the connection cables are damaged or
cut-through during working, do not touch
them, but immediately pull the mains plug.
