3. MODEL IDENTIFICATION
Model, series and chassis number are the machine's identification data. This
information in on the Serial plate on the accessory box cover (B fig.7)
4. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
4.1 STARTING THE ENGINE
To start the engine, the Motorstop level B fig.5 must be locked all the way down.
pull the clutch disengage lever C and insert retainer A under the lever so that the
clutch is kept disengaged. In this way, both levers are locked to prevent the
engine being started with a gear engaged.
Start the engine following the instructions given in the engine Operating and
Maintenance Manual.
Pull the clutch lever again to disengage retainer A so that both the Motorstop
and the clutch lever are optional.
Engine stop (Motorstop)
Lever B fig.5, that controls engine stop, is kept pulled up when the machine is
working. If the handlebars are accidentally released, it immediately shuts the
engine off.
The lever can be clamped by retainer D fig.5 only to operate the machine's PTO
from a stationary position (irrigation, etc.).
The Motorstop is a safety device to prevent accidentally leaving the
machine in movement.
