Cause
- Obstruction of the aspiration tubes.
- The aspiration tube isn't inserted into the collec-
tion tank.
- The collection tank is empty because the fabric
filter is blocked (it doesn't filter).
Remedy
- Plug the end of the tube and make it do the
reverse air path.
The maintenance of the machine must be perfor-
med by qualified staff, according to the instructions
in this manual. Disconnect the pneumatic/electric
supply before performing any maintenance or
repair operations.

bition labels and the installation plates on themachi-
ne indicating the prohibitions and warnings are

9.1. EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

Extraordinary maintenance operations should
only be performed by specialized staff: contact the
manufacturer for any extraordinary maintenance
required. Extraordinary maintenance usually
regards the breakage of machine components.
9.2. CLEANING THE SUPPORT GRID OF THE PARTS
Clean every day using the spray gun. If there are
patches of paint that are particularly difficult to
remove, use a spatula to scrape them off.

9.3. GENERAL CLEANING OF THE MACHINE

Every week give an overall clean to the machine,
using solvent and a brush or a spatula if especially
stubborn layers of paint have deposited.
Periodically check that the safety devices are
functional and undamaged.
Any incrustations must be removed from the drains
and control valves regularly.

9.4. CLEANING SUCTION FILTERS

Every 2 weeks, clean the suction filter present on
the suction pipe of the machine then proceed as
follows:
• Unscrew the suction filter from the relative pipes.
• Fully immerse the filter (soiled with paint) in a
basin full of solvent and leave to soak for 1 hour.
• After soaking for 1 hour, use the air gun to blow
the filter.
• Screw the suction filters onto the relative pipes.

9.5. REPLACING THE FILTER

Should filtering take a long time, open the lower
door of the machine and replace the nonwoven
fabric filter with another, new filter.

9.6. REPLACEMENT BRUSH HEAD

Every 4-6 months, verify the integrity of the brush
head and in case it occurs damaged and unusa-
ble, unscrew the head and replace it with a new
replacement of the same type.
