Following their set-up and installation to the PC,
the scanners Ceramill Map100 and 300 are to be
calibrated using the supplied calibration model.

1. Fix the calibration model onto the Noplast
object holder to position it in the focal point
of the scanner. The model must be seen clearly
through the scan software viewer with its height
to be adjusted following the red LED line.
2. Create a patient case and start Ceramill Map
from the database.
3. Under Options
is the start command for the axes calibration.
4. Follow the software instructions.

1. Mount the distance piece no. 2, fixation plate
with clamp and model plate (see instructions for
use Ceramill Transfer kit)
2. Mount the calibration model
3. Create a patient case and start Ceramill Map
in the database. Cancel the following input
prompt for the 2D scan.
4. The start command for the axis calibration
can be found under Options

5. Follow the software instructions.
If required, the calibration model values ent-
ered upon installation may be entered under this
menu item.
