After Spraying

Turn the knurled wheel (1) on the

pressure relief valve as far as stop
until the tank is no longer under
pressure.
Empty the tank in a well ventilated
N
location.
Dispose of any residual spray
N
solution in accordance with
environmental requirements –
follow instructions of chemical
manufacturer.
Rinse the tank with clean water.
N
Fill the tank with clean water, pump
N
and spray until the tank is empty
and no longer under pressure. Do
not store the sprayer under
pressure or with spray solution in
the tank.

Inspection and Maintenance

Lubricating Pump Piston
Lubricate the pump piston with grease
after frequent use.

Unscrew the barrel (1)

counterclockwise from the cover.
Coat the O-ring (2) and piston cup
N
seal (3) with a food-safe grease.
Reassemble all parts.
N
Cleaning the Nozzle
Unscrew the nozzle.
N
Rinse out all parts under running
N
water and then reassemble.
