PREDELIVERY
Before the machine is delivered to the customer it is
essential to carry out the following checks.
Each box ticked indicates that the check has been
carried out.
Check that no parts are damaged, missing or not in
their proper place after transit.
Check that all of the screws are in place and pro-
perly fixed.
Check that the hydraulic components have not
been damaged (oil leaks, defective tubes, imper-
fect connections).
Check that the oil in the mixing reduction unit and in
the tank is at the proper level (top up as necessary
and as specified at page 106).
Use a grease gun to check that components are
properly greased (as specified at page 106).
Check that all the safety devices and stickers rela-
ting to safety are properly affixed in the correct
positions.
Check that the model and serial number corre-
spond with the name-plate as described on page
90 and that the machine complies with the custo-
mer's order.
Check the cardan shaft guards (they must be free
and not turn with the shaft).
Check that all the moving parts (unloading belt,
feed screws,....) are properly adjusted and can
rotate freely.
Then connect the machine to a suitably powered
tractor, as specified in the Technical Data on page
91, and start the inspection process ensuring that
the RPM of the cardan shaft does not exceed 540.
I confirm that the predelivery checks have been car-
