Replacement service is needed after 90 days from original purchase of the
Haven Massage Chair then a new or like new chair will be brought to you at
HoMedics' option.
The following procedure must be followed to determine whether Havenly Replacement service is need-
ed. The customer is to call HoMedics' Consumer Relations number at 800-466-3342 . The customer
must have the product serial number and proof of purchase on hand. A trouble shooting process is
completed by the customer and the consumer relations representative. If the chair is deemed to need
warranty service, Havenly Replacement service is scheduled if necessary. If the Haven Replacement
service is not necessary but if the chair still requires warranty service, then HoMedics will send the cus-
tomer replacement parts as needed. The determination of whether warranty service is necessary is
made at HoMedics' sole discretion. The determination of whether Haven Replacement service is nec-

HoMedics has the option to ship the chair to HoMedics and not leave a replacement chair at the cus-
tomer's location if in home replacement per the Havenly Replacement service is not possible. Specific
shipping instructions will need to be followed (return authorization number, set shipping instructions,
proper packing) to ship the chair back to HoMedics.
During the second year of the warranty, the warranty is limited to (1) supply of repair parts that are cov-
ered by the warranty, and (2) if factory repair is necessary, packing materials for the chair and return
shipping from the factory to the customer. The customer must pay to ship the chair from the customer's
location to the factory.
This HoMedics product warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the
attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; improper installation; unauthorized
repairs or modifications; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; dropped product; mal-
function or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer's recommended mainte-
nance; transportation damage; theft; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions; loss of use dur-
ing the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any other condi-
tions whatsoever that are beyond the control of HoMedics. This warranty is effective only if the product
is purchased and operated in the United States of America. A product that requires modifications or
adaption to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manu-
factured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not cov-
ered under warranty. This warranty applies only to the Haven Massage Chair product and does not
include any accessories or enhancements. Softening of foams and filling composites in pillows, pads,
and memory foam kits do not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally soften with
use. Fading, wear and pilling of fabrics do not constitute a defect under this warranty as those condi-
tions naturally occur with fabrics. Natural markings, grain, and dye variations in leather do not consti-
tute a defect under this warranty as no two pieces of leather are alike. Damage incurred due to ship-
ping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. HoMedics shall not be responsible
for any type of incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages. All implied warranties, including
but not limited to those implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited in the total duration
of two years from the original purchase date. Warranties are non-transferable. HoMedics' sole liability
and the purchaser's exclusive remedy shall be for the repair, or at HoMedics' option, for the replacement
of the defective part. Notwithstanding the above, if replacement parts for defective materials are not
available, HoMedics reserves the right to make substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which may vary
from state to state. Because of individual state regulations, some of the above limitations and exclu-
sions may not apply to you.
