7) ROOM LIGHT SENSOR
The reader has a room light sensor (on the front of the reader).
The room light sensor automatically activates relay output
OUT 2 to turn on lights when reading/entering a valid user
code (with consequent OUT 1 door opening control) if the
room lighting is under the set threshold.
The room light sensor can be turned on/off and adjusted using
the reader programming procedure.
Furthermore, the backlit keyboard leds turn on following the
light sensor; if the sensor indicates sufficient light, they still turn
on for 30 seconds when pressed; if the sensor is turned off, they
turn on following the sensor set on the intermediate threshold.
8) PROGRAMMING
Always press OK after entering the Master code.
During this programming phase (Master code programming,
adding or deleting a transponder/User code, relay output
timers, etc.), if the procedure is interrupted for 30 seconds
or the E or invalid key is pressed or invalid value entered, the
reader will signal an error (1 buzzer beep) and automatically
exit the programming procedure.
The reader is supplied fully deprogrammed.
The various available programs are described below:
MASTER CODE PROGRAMMING/EDITING FIG.D
The Master code, if entered from the keyboard, must be at
least 4 digits long.
