PROBLEM
Power Light is off
Peculiar Odor
Excessive Noise
White Dust Accumulation
No Mist
POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Unit is not plugged in
• No power at unit
• Unit is new
• If unit is in use, the odor may
be a dirty water reservoir, old
tank water or an old wick
• Unit is not level
• Low water level
• Wick was not soaked
• Hard water
• Wick needs replacing
• Wick not soaked

SOLUTION
• Plug unit in
• Push POWER button to turn
the power on
• Check circuits, fuses, try a
different outlet
• Let product air out before
filling
• Empty any water and clean
and refill tank
• Replace wick
• Place unit on a flat, even
surface
• Check the water level.
Refill the reservoir if the
water is low.
• Remove wick, soak for 5
minutes, or until saturated
and replace wick
• Use filtered, distilled or
bottled water
• Replace wick
• Remove wick, soak for 5
minutes, then reinstall
