Cutting Band
• The equipment is factory equipped with a general use
band. If the job requires a different band or if the band is
worn or damaged, replace it with a new one.
CAUTION
• Double check if the machine is OFF
and disconnected from the power supply.
Wear gloves to prevent injury.
• Loosen the fast release lever (G) in a clockwise
direction.
• Open both guards (H) to gain access to the cutting
band flywheels.
• Set the band passing it through the work table slot ( I )
and through the slot in the saw column ( J ). Make sure
the band teeth passing through the table slot are pointing
downwards and to the front.
• Adjust the band to run in the center of the two pulleys
(K) and make it tense tightening the flywheel (L).
• Tighten the fast release lever (G) in a counter clockwise
direction.
• To verify how the band passes, turn the upper flywheel manually. To rectify the band trip,
turn the upper flywheel depth knob (M) in the rear of the upper cabinet (see page 10).
• Close both cabinets.

Mounting
Work Table
• With the help of another person, lift the work table (A) and
set it onto the joint (B). Fix the table with four sets of hex
screws and washers (C).
• Set the insert (D) in the center of the table with the bevel
facing down.

Flywheels
• Set the motor band tension flywheel (E) using a 0,4"
wrench.
• Set the upper cutting guide height adjusting flywheel (F)
0,55" wrench.
