10. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Since the NOVAFON instrument is a finely adjusted and precise device, it may only be
repaired by a member of the NOVAFON customer service department. However, in gen-
eral, repair is more costly than buying a new instrument. Therefore, please do not return
any faulty appliances to us unsolicited, but rather discuss the defect and the cost of repair
with us first.
If, while still under guarantee, repair is no longer cost effective, the NOVAFON company
will offer you a replacement (once again with a 24 month warranty).
