("Bus ON" operating mode)
Select the "Bus ON" operating mode to enable the PROFIBUS
control the DMT:

"PROFIBUS " appears in the permanent display.
Features of the "Bus ON" operating mode.
Only the operating mode can be changed in the "Bus ON" operating
mode.
On switching to the "Bus ON" operating mode the system will
adopt the settings from the "Bus OFF" operating mode. Settings
carried out via the PROFIBUS
apply only while the DMT is in the "Bus ON" operating mode and
the PROFIBUS ® is connected.
Altering transfer speed
The transfer speed is recognised automatically.
NOTICE
The transfer speed is limited to max. 1.5 mbit/s.
Exiting PROFIBUS
Select "Bus OFF" operating mode to exit PROFIBUS
("Bus ON" operating mode).
The "Bus OFF" operating mode settings will be reloaded. Settings
carried out via the PROFIBUS

• Do not operate this PROFIBUS
voltages exceeding 30V!
• Supply voltage to this PROFIBUS
terminals 3 and 4 at the PROFIBUS
back – not using terminals 7 and 8 at the front! (see
